Who is HCS?

Healthcare Staffing, Inc. (HCS) was founded in June 1995, as the franchise holder for the North Georgia territory for a national supplemental national medical staffing company. The territory, which include Atlanta and the state of Georgia, is one of the most sophisticated and competitive markets in the United States. By being associated with a national company with over twenty year’s experience, HCS was able to develop a comprehensive approach to the healthcare market. HCS was very successful, becoming one of the largest offices for the national company. In 2004 HCS gained its independence from the national company and was no longer bound to a limited North Georgia territory.

HCS remains one of the largest and highest-quality nurse and allied health staffing agencies serving the Atlanta market. HCS is highly automated and uses a sophisticated computer system to properly credential our healthcare providers to the client's specific credentialing standards. HCS meets all JCAHO and other standards. HCS has a very experienced office staff which averages more than fifteen years in the healthcare market. HCS only hires those qualified and experienced Healthcare Providers who meet the specific needs of our clients.

HCS has undertaken a growth strategy to expand into the healthcare travel business in the Southeast and nationally. Our newest division, HCS Travelers, has as its goal to become the quality provider of travel nurses and allied health professionals for the Southeast. As a regional independent agency we are able to supply our clients with quality, properly credentialed nurses and allied health professionals at highly competitive rates.

As a healthcare agency it is necessary to understand and meet the needs of both the Client and the Healthcare Provider. HCS has years of experience and understands we must offer our clients a quality, properly credentialed healthcare provider, and we must offer our Healthcare providers a customized competitive compensation and benefit plan, and place them only in assignments for which they are qualified. Lastly if questions or concerns arise from the client or Healthcare Providers we must address them quickly and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
