Traveling I-285 East (From Smyrna, Marietta, Cobb and Douglas County)
Exit at Clark Howell Hwy (exit 59). Stay in right lane and follow the signs to Clark Howell Hwy. Turn right on Clark Howell. Go 1.0 mile. We are in the Sullivan Center Office Building, which is on the left side of the road. There are 2 entrances; the first entrance has a Concentra sign. If you miss this one, you can turn left at the light. We are on the right end of the building, Suite 5072.
Traveling I-285 West (From Clarkston, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Snellville)
Take exit 58 and follow signs for I-75 south. Continue toward I-75 south (Macon) and keep in right lane. Exit at Hwy 85 Riverdale. Stay in right lane for .9 mile. Take a right at the light onto Clark Howell Hwy. Go .1 miles to the light at Sullivan Road and turn right into the Sullivan Center Office Building lot. We are on the right end of the building, Suite 5072.
Traveling I-75 South (From Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell)
Exit at Hwy 85 Riverdale (exit 237A). Get into the right lane. At the first light, turn right onto Clark Howell Hwy. Go .1 mile to the light at Sullivan Road and turn right into the Sullivan Center Office Building lot. We are on the right end of the building, Suite 5072.
Traveling I-75 North (From Stockbridge, Jonesboro, Griffin, Forest Park)
Exit at Old Dixie Hwy (exit 235). At the light, go straight across onto Frontage Rd. Go 2.4 miles. Take a left at the light at Forest Parkway. Go .5 miles to the light at Clark Howell Hwy. Take a right at the light onto Clark Howell Hwy. Go .5 miles to the light at Sullivan Road and turn right into the Sullivan Center Office Building lot. We are on the right end of the building, Suite 5072.

Take Phoenix Blvd. across Riverdale Rd. This turns into S. Perimeter Hwy. Continue on S. Perimeter Hwy. until it dead ends into Sullivan Rd. Turn right onto Sullivan Rd. and continue until it dead ends at Clark Howell Hwy. Our building is straight across the street. Get in the left lane, but go across Clark Howell. We are on the right end of the building, Suite 5072.
